The apartment was spacious and in a great location. Easy walk to State Street through the train station. Easy walk to the beach. Comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again.

This was an awesome place in a great location, walkable to restaurants and bars. We had such a good time staying. The place was super clean and we loved the Nespresso. It was easy to check in and check out perfect little weekend get away.

Christopher is a fantastic host! He responded quickly to questions about the unit and location as we considered the booking. He shared several recommendations regarding local eateries and activities in the area. The unit was perfect for our girls’ trip and the location is ideal! I am already planning a return trip with family, and of course we will book with Chris!

I appreciated the space and that it was clean! Beds were so comfy! Had my 3 kids with me, but there was room for them to wander and play. My kids appreciated the trains passing by!

The place seems very recently renovated. The place was clean, the kitchen was good for eating in, and the bedrooms and sheets were immaculate and comfortable.
The location to the pier and the beach were totally walkable and an enjoyable stroll.
Folks mentioned loud train sounds but honestly, it wasn’t too frequent and it wasn’t that disturbing.
There is some foot stomping noise from the upstairs unit but that’s out of control of the Host and not his fault.
This unit has a small turf patio with some chairs but we enjoyed the picnic table and grill right outside the unit.

Christopher was such a top host! Kind and super responsive! I left my baby’s medicine behind in the fridge and he promptly answered me and help me retrieve it! I am so glad I had such a kind host! Place was beautiful, spotless! I had a great stay!

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb. The location was absolutely unbeatable. It was walkable to the beach, funk zone and all the restaurants surrounding. The host was extremely responsive and very attentive to our needs. We will absolutely be staying here next time. We are back in Santa Barbara!
